Fes, August 26:  Al Manhal signed an ePublishing agreement with Al Qobs Moroccan Journal in the Kingdom of Morocco. The agreement enables Al Manhal to electronically publish and distribute the Journal articles through its platform in order to meet research demands of beneficiaries at universities, research centers and scientific communities across the globe.

Al Qobs Journal is scientific, semi-annual Journal which focuses on publishing research related to legal, judicial and jurisprudence studies. The agreement was signed by Dr. Mohammed Mahdi, Managing Director of the Journal.
