As part of the UAE’s 10 year national strategy to encourage reading, Dubai has launched the ‘Read with RTA’ smart application as a free service for public transportation commuters, leading it to become an integral initiative in governmental and public institutions.

Al Manhal has been working closely with RTA’s Social Responsibility Department on this initiative. Being the sole strategic partner in implementing, developing, designing & providing content. The app includes some of RTA’s own publications such as Salamah magazine for children and it also offers more than 150 titles in different subject areas.

The Read with RTA smart application is available for both iOS & Android devices.

By scanning the QR CODE posted at any public metro, taxi or bus station, commuters can install the app, browse the list of available titles, and enjoy reading; all completely free of charge.
