Riyadh, December 15: An ePublishing agreement was signed in Riyadh between Al Manhal & Dar Risalat Al-Bayan for Publishing & Distribution on Sunday, 15th, December 2013 for the electronic publishing & distribution of the intellectual content of Dar Risalat Al Bayan. The agreement was signed by Mr. Mohammad bin Fahd Al Husainan; the Engineer and General Supervisor of Dar Risalat Al-Bayan, and Mr. Mohammed Al Shafi; the Content Development Manager of Al Manhal, in the presence of Mr. Waleed Mustafa, the Engineer and Manager of Technicality of Information, and Mr. Adel Hazeen, the Head of Sales.
By the agreement, Al Manhal will electronically publish & distribute the content and studies of Dar Risalat Al-Bayan to make them available to all intellectual and scientific institutions and universities through yearly subscriptions using the latest full-text search options, research tools and methods. The content includes books, journals, reports, scientific encyclopedias, and scientific conference notes.
The representatives of Dar Risalat Al-Bayan and Al Manhal discussed the importance of this agreement in enriching Arabic electronic content and building an Arabic database which provides universities, Arabic and foreign scientific institutions, as well as research centers with electronic books and journals of high quality though using the latest research tools and methods which assist users. Mr. Mohammad bin Fahd Al Husainan added that this agreement creates an additional value for Arabic and foreign electronic content which is racing against the rapid advancement in the ‘century of technology,’ and that Al Manhal will electronically publish & distribute the Dar Risalat Al-Bayan’s content and studies to make them available on the most advanced platforms of scientific research which also most varies.
