Amman, April 10th: Al Manhal recently signed an agreement with Al Tharwa Institute for Training and Learning Consultations to publish its scientific content on its platform. In accordance to the agreement, Al Manhal will publish the Institutes Journal, titled International Journal for Science and Technology, which aggregates the most important scientific research material, written by Professors at Iraqi Universities. The agreement aims to broaden communication and the exchange of knowledge between university students and researchers, additionally aiming to publish tthe results for worldwide findings.
The agreement was signed by Dr. AbdulJabbar Al Shamri, the institutes CEO; and Al Manhal General Manager, Mr. Bashir Al Nasser, in the presence of Dr. Nancy Olayan, Editorial Secretary.
Dr. Shamri praised the leading role Al Manhal has been taking in the field of ePublishing; which aims to provide an academic database for a wide range of academic and professional bodies. He also pointed the importance of the institutions efforts to expand electronic learning, in which students and researchers can access a broad range of scientific and academic developments, in order to aid, support and promote the learning and research standards in the region.
Mr. Nasser, in turn reviewed the tasks undertaken by the Company to facilitate openness and scientific and cultural exchanges between the institutions of publishing houses, universities and research institutions in the Arab World.
He added that the company headquarters is based in Dubai and has branches in Arab capitals which promotes advanced search tools, making it the most powerful platform for the exchange of Arabic content and most diverse at the academic and scientific level.
The agreement included provisions for the rights of the parties and the implementation mechanisms of financial and administrative aspects.
